Andy Arnold

Mr. Arnold has more than 29 years of experience in ready mix concrete and aggregates working in every aspect from sales, marketing, operations, production, and growth and development.
Mr. Arnold previously worked for LafargeHolcim SA in Paris, France as VP of Ready Mix Concrete Performance and responsible for Lafarge’s worldwide performance.
Andy also previously served as VP/GM for LafargeHolcim’s operations in Kansas and Missouri.
Andy joined Breckenridge Material Company in 2006 and served as Vice President until 2015 when he was promoted to President.
Andy received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Virginia Tech in 1989.
Mr. Crumrine joined Breckenridge in the summer of 2013 and is responsible for leading finance, accounting, IT and risk management.
John held various executive and director level roles at Sensient Technologies, Aurora Foods and Ralston Purina, all billion dollar level manufacturing companies.
John received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Truman State in 1992, and MBA from Webster University in 2001.
Mr. Jacobs has more than 18 years of experience in human resources with particular emphasis on employee/labor relations, talent acquisition, talent management, legal compliance, and training.
Mr. Jacobs previously worked for Schnuck Markets, Inc. in St. Louis, MO, most recently as the Senior Director of Employee & Labor Relations with oversight of the Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Employment/Labor Law functions. Schnuck Markets has 13,000+ employees spread across 110+ retail locations and facilities in four states. Prior to working for Schnuck Markets, Mark spent nine years in private law practice defending employers in employment and labor-related matters.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mark spent over 8 years on active duty in the United States Navy as an EA-6B Prowler Electronic Countermeasures Officer, deploying to the Persian Gulf aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln in 1998 and 2000. Mark also spent time assigned to the Naval Personnel Command as a placement officer in Millington, TN, where he discovered his interest in human resources.
Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Truman State University in 1995 and a Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2008.
Mr. Bohon has been with Breckenridge Material Company since 2004.
Ryan started employment with Breckenridge as a Territory Representative, later moving to Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and most recently General Manager.
Ryan has responsibilities in every aspect including bidding, project management, production, job site quality control and general management duties for Breckenridge Material Company.
Mr. Bohon currently sits on the board of the Concrete Council of St. Louis and the Children’s Heart Foundation and also holds multiple industry certifications.
Ryan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
Mr. Strother has over 33 years of ready mix experience in the local industry.
Todd has worked in all aspects of the industry, from quality control, field representative, sales, operations and dispatch.
Todd began in 1986, as a yard man for then, Kurtz Concrete of O’Fallon, which eventually became LafargeHolcim.
Todd spent 12 years as General Manager for American Ready Mix Company and joined Breckenridge Material Company in 2009.
Todd currently serves on the advisory board for the Missouri State University Customer Experience Program.
Todd currently serves as Dispatch Manager, in charge of overseeing day to day operations of the ready mix business.
Mr. Anderson has been with Breckenridge Material Company since 2004. Prior to joining BMC, he had been in the heavy-duty diesel and automotive repair/maintenance industry since 1988.
George is responsible for daily operations, maintenance and repair of all rolling stock, and purchasing of equipment within BMC Enterprises.
George received his degree in Diesel Maintenance Technology from Ranken Technical College in 1991 and has experience in all aspects of the diesel trucking industry.
Sandra Cupp
Environmental Manager

Ms. Sandra Cupp is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Missouri with over 29 years of environmental regulatory expertise. Sandra is responsible for directing the company’s compliance with environmental programs in each state where BMC has operations, as well as driving initiatives for sustainability improvements.
Sandra joined BMC Enterprises in the fall of 2022 following a rewarding career as an environmental consultant. She previously worked for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. in the St. Louis office as a Senior Project Manager, and for Shell Engineering & Associates, Inc. in Columbia, Missouri as a Senior Project Engineer.
Sandra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville.
Ms. Cupp currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater St. Louis Section of the Air & Waste Management Association and is a member of the Environmental Committee for the Missouri Limestone Producers Association.
Ryan Eaton
General Manager

Mr. Eaton joined BMC Stone in November of 2023 as the General Manager for our BMC Stone and BMC Sand Aggregate division.
Ryan previously worked at U.S. Silica for 11 years as a Production Supervisor, EHS Coordinator, Quality/ISO Manager and Production Manager. He was part of the first group of EHS Coordinators to help establish new and improved environmental and safety policies as well as their sustainability program. Ryan was also part of their pit and plant expansion team.
After U.S. Silica, Mr. Eaton became the General Manager of Gateway Extrusions leading them into growth with new installations of equipment and was in charge of employee development, customer service, production and maintenance.
Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Maryville-St. Louis.
Dave Hunyar
Vice President of Safety

David is responsible for the development and implementation of safety programs for the entire BMC Enterprise, focusing on total worker health to make sure every BMC employee safely returns home every day.
David has nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry and is the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Safety Council of Greater St. Louis, a delegate for the National Safety Council, and has spoken on a variety of safety and leadership topics on a national level. David is committed to keeping people safe on and off the job.
